community and communication in changing urban areas
Welcome to CyberCities

CyberCities is a full Internet course. There are NO face-to-face lectures or tutorials. In the course, we explore the impact of technology on the historical evolution of cities as well as topics concerning community formation, changing patterns of work, urban life, privacy issues, and speculations on the future of cities. As a Foundation course, CyberCities is designed to help you in your transition to university life. As such, we place emphasis on helping you develop the reading, writing, study, and research skills that you will need throughout your university career.
